  • Doctoral Supervisor and Principal Investigator (PI). My research focuses on the regulation of gene expression in immune cells and immunotherapy. My work has been published in prestigious international academic journals such as Nature (2024; 2026, accepted), Cell (2019), Nature Methods (2021), and Molecular Cell (2017, 2018).

Research Interests

Gene Expression Regulation in Immune Cells

Develop novel high-throughput functional screening methods targeting the genome or transcriptome to systematically dissect the regulatory networks of gene expression in immune cells at both the DNA and RNA levels.

Immunotherapy

Develop novel gene therapies targeting 'key regulators' of immune homeostasis maintenance for immunotherapy
